Cooking with Chocolate

If you have a guest pop in and you do not have a dessert or make it just for you.

Easy 15 min dessert and it looks beautiful.

 Chocolate Pie Betty's Way

1 cookie crust

1/2 quart of heavy whipping cream

1 tsp powdered sugar

1 tsp of vanilla

1 or 2 tablespoons of raspberry chocolate room temperature (or your choice of my chocolate)

 Put heavy whipping cream in a large bowl, whip cream adding sugar and vanilla a little at a time until whipping cream forms straight peaks. Take a dollop or two out before adding chocolate to decorate finished pie. Fold in the chocolate, spoon into the crust and top with left over whipped cream. You can adjust to your liking the amount of chocolate you use. Depending on what chocolate I use I also put fresh fruit on top if I have it, but if not just sprinkle a little cocoa on top of the whipped cream.
